International Student Application Process
The following steps are required for admission to Don Valley Academy for
International Students to receive a Letter of Admission (L.O.A.):
- A completed Application Form.
- Official copies of school Transcripts/Report Cards in English, for the past two years and any current year reports. English translation must be notarized.
- Photocopy of Passport and/or Birth Certificate.
- Photocopy of an up-to-date official immunization record in English.
- Notarized Custodianship Declaration documents from both custodian and parents in English.
- Payment of tuition deposit.
International Student Academic Fees
Other Notes & Fees:
- A $2,000 tuition deposit is required in order to receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Don valley Academy.
- Applications are processed on a rolling basis and should be submitted 6-8 weeks before the start date of term in order to allow time for a Study Permit to be approved.
- A refund of the deposit will only be issued if proof is provided of the visa/study permit rejection from Immigration Canada.
- There is a $300 application fee for international students that is non-refundable.
- The fee for textbooks & course materials are $25/course and are provided for all classes.
- All international students are required to have valid medical insurance.
- Methods of payment include Cash, Debit, e-transfer, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
