Don Valley Academy offers a full-curriculum day program for high school students, from grades 9 to 12. Its purpose is to prepare students for post-secondary studies and for lifelong learning in their future careers.
We promote our approach to education in all our educational programs, including part-time studies and tutoring, but it is with our full time students that we are most able to provide the long-term benefits of our positive learning environment.

Our full-time program runs on a four-term academic year. This schedule provides new students with the opportunity to join the school in September, November, February, or April; it allows students who need only one or two credits to complete them more quickly; and it allows all our students to focus intensively on their studies, two courses at a time, acquiring up to eight credits between September and June.
We offer four terms during the academic year. This gives our full-time students the opportunity to acquire up to eight credits between September and June. Students take up to two courses per day, per term, as follows:
Period 1: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | Period 2: 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
